Our customizable sanding belt mainly consists of three parts: Backing , abrasive, and bond.

The backing belt can be made of different materials (such as cloth like cotton or polyester, paper or composite materials) according to your requirements for the hardness and flexibility of the sand belt.

Abrasives can be selected according to your requirements for the wear resistance and cutting strength of the sand belt, such as aluminum oxide (Al₂O3), silicon carbide (SiC), zirconia alumina (ZA), ceramics, etc.

Bond is used to fix abrasive particles and can be made of glue or resin.

Our sanding belts can be widely used in fields such as metal processing, wood processing, and composite material processing.

Meanwhile, our grit size can also be adjusted according to your needs, mainly divided into three levels: rough polishing size can be used for 20-80; Medium polishing can be used at 100-180 degrees; Fine polishing can use 220 or more.
