Product Introduction

Material: the sisal wheel is mainly made of sisal cloth (a strong natural hemp fiber), which is used for strong grinding and polishing of metal surfaces.

Function: rough grinding/medium polishing, mainly responsible for deburring, rust removal, welding bead polishing, scratch removal, and rapid polishing.

Matching: can be used with polishing wax (such as yellow wax, purple wax), and the hemp wheel absorbs the wax paste for cutting.

Main applicable industries: hardware industry (stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum products, kitchenware, doors and windows, bathroom, hardware); Automotive/motorcycle industry (wheel hub, exhaust pipe, metal parts polishing); Electroplating/jewelry industry (deburring before electroplating, polishing of precious metals); The wood industry (rough grinding of some hardwood) and so on.

If you pursue a higher mirror effect, you can also replace it with a finer wool wheel. Additionally, the type of wheels used depends on the initial condition of your product. May I customize the inner diameter size of the wheels? Also, I want wheels with round holes.
