working principle
The working principle of the machine is that the motor drives the polishing head to rotate at high speed to come into contact with the surface of the metal coil, generating friction, thereby achieving the effect of polishing and surface wire patterns. It belongs to a physical polishing method. The metal coil polishing machine is equipped with 8 polishing heads, 4 polishing wheels on the top and 4 on the bottom.
The polishing heads can swing left and right, and the wear of the polishing wheels can be compensated automatically. The polishing operation is divided into dry polishing and wet polishing. When the machine is dry polishing, it can be combined with a dust collector to handle the dust generated during the polishing process. The wet polishing uses a dust-proof method of water spraying.
