The machine operates in an assembly line mode, with two main machines synchronously processing the front and back of the workpiece. Each main machine is equipped with four automatic rotating polishing wheels, and the polishing wheel speed can reach 9-20 revolutions per second. The discharge port of the front-end host has magnetism, which can achieve automatic flipping of metal workpieces. The average speed of the mid-range feeding belt transmission is 1-8 meters per minute, ensuring smooth transmission of workpieces without falling off. After the positive and negative deburring work is completed, a demagnetizing machine is also installed at the end of the production line to demagnetize the workpiece.

In addition, the machine includes a water circulation device that helps reduce heat generated by friction and prevents workpieces from overheating, thereby extending the life of the polishing tools and improving surface quality. The water system also helps suppress dust and maintain a more stable polishing process.
